What size are your memory bears?

Our default bears are approximately 25cm/10" when sitting and 33cm/13" when standing. We also have smaller size for special requests.

What types of garments can be used to make a customized teddy bear?

We can use a variety of garments including baby clothes, shirts, dresses, uniforms, and more. Please ensure the fabric is clean and in good condition. You can contact us to confirm the materials before ordering via our email nagubear@gmail.com.

How much fabric is required to make one piece of teddy bear clothing? 

Typically, we recreate the clothing by keeping the main part of your garments and cutting off the unused parts. Therefore any adult-sized clothes are usable. For baby clothing, the minimum size of the garment should be 15cm by 15 cm (6 inches by 6 inches) and we need from 8 to 12 baby items.

How do I send my garments to you? 

After placing your order, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send your garments to us, including shipping labels and packaging guidelines.

Are the teddy bears suitable for children to play with?

While our bears are designed as keepsakes, they are made with child-safe materials. However, they are intended primarily for display and memory preservation.

Do you ship internationally?

Definitely, we use express shipping to many regions internationally. Shipping prices are the same regardless of the location.

Everyone in our family loves them

It was a surprise from my best friend. The bears have our names and wedding dates embroidered with such high craftsmanship. They came in our favorite colors, and my wife had to try so hard to hold back the tears.

A pair of lovely bear to celebrate our biggest day !

The bears act as our wedding welcome decoration and later on, become a keepsake that reminds us of our special day! I just want to say thank you, the nagu team, for working with me to come up with the design and deliver the bears on such short notice.

The best bride and grrom teddy bears we could find!

We searched for a customizable bride and groom teddy bear, but they were not quite what we wanted. Luckily, our bridesmaid recommended nagu, where she got a personalized teddy bear gift from her husband. The staff helped us with the design, and we chose a particular silk to make a truly special couple bear just for us! I can't wait to order from nagu again, a baby bear for our baby on the way.

The bears were so cute !

We order these wedding teddy bears through a friend recommendation and their were on point. A simple design yet so elegant. We are keeping them on the coffee table and everyone loves them.
