FAQs

What size are your memory bears?

Our default bears are approximately 25cm/10" when sitting and 33cm/13" when standing. We also have smaller size for special requests.

What types of garments can be used to make a customized teddy bear?

We can use a variety of garments including baby clothes, shirts, dresses, uniforms, and more. Please ensure the fabric is clean and in good condition. You can contact us to confirm the materials before ordering via our email nagubear@gmail.com.

How much fabric is required to make one piece of teddy bear clothing? 

Typically, we recreate the clothing by keeping the main part of your garments and cutting off the unused parts. Therefore any adult-sized clothes are usable. For baby clothing, the minimum size of the garment should be 15cm by 15 cm (6 inches by 6 inches) and we need from 8 to 12 baby items.

How do I send my garments to you? 

After placing your order, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send your garments to us, including shipping labels and packaging guidelines.

Are the teddy bears suitable for children to play with?

While our bears are designed as keepsakes, they are made with child-safe materials. However, they are intended primarily for display and memory preservation.

Do you ship internationally?

Definitely, we use express shipping to many regions internationally. Shipping prices are the same regardless of the location.
